Amy Cuddy

Amy Cuddy is a Social Psychologist whose research on body language reveals that we can change other people’s perceptions — and even our own body chemistry — simply by changing body positions. Her book, Presence, explores how accessing our personal power, we can achieve “presence,” the state in which we stop worrying about the impression we’re making on others and instead adjust the impression we’ve been making on ourselves.
